We’re always looking for top talent to join our team – and are thrilled to be hosting an open recruitment event to showcase our latest roles.
The informal and friendly get together will take place at our Dixon Group HQ, on Henry Boot Way, from 4pm to 6.30pm on Wednesday, May 1.
We are hoping the event will help to showcase our company values and culture – and the type of projects we work on – to potential candidates.

Dixon Group currently has few vacancies available and we would welcome interest from anyone who feels they would be a good fit for any of the roles.
BMS Engineer
Responsibilities:
To design, monitor, operate and troubleshoot Building Management Systems. Provide operational support for BMS systems - including HVAC, lighting, building automation and security systems.
Requirements & skills:
- Proven experience as a BMS operator
- Understand electrical & mechanical systems
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
- Highly-organised and detail-oriented
Approved electrician x 3
Responsibilities:
To install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Requirements & skills:
- Commercial & industrial experience within modular buildings, traditional builds & new builds.
- C&G 2391 or 2394/5 inspections and testing 18th edition
- JIB CSCS ECS Gold card (electrician approved)
- SSSTS/ SMSTS (desirable but not essential)
- Clean driving license
Electrical apprentices
We are currently looking to recruit a reliable and hard working second or third year electrical apprentice.
We also have opportunities for first year electrical apprentices, which would suit a school leaver.
