Life For A Kid charity benefits from £6,000 sponsorship
Martin Dixon Ltd is delighted to have become the new charity sponsor for Hull-based charity Life for A Kid.
It comes on the back of the firm making a £2,000 donation towards providing sensory rooms at the charity recently, after it lost two its major sponsors.
Martin Dixon has also donated £6,000 from a recent cycle challenge and Golf Day organised by the business.
Kirk Dixon, quality and commercial manager at Martin Dixon Ltd, is also a patron of Life For A Kid and handed over the money to charity officials.
He and says the charity does some fantastic work and deserves the support of local businesses.
"Life For A Kid does some excellent work in supporting children who require life-saving or life-changing operations, helping many to go on and live better lives through providing funds and equipment," said Mr Dixon.
"Like all charities, Life For A Kid can only continue to do the tremendous work it does if local businesses like ourselves continue to support it. We are delighted to have raised this money, and to offer our continued support going forward."
